0kzz Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 0kzz ("0kzz", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 0kzz online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 0kzz.club. 2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 0kzz. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials (phone number and password) secure and confidential. Do not share your password with any third party.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 0kzz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

• The minimum deposit on 0kzz is ৳500. There is no upper deposit limit set by the platform, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 0kzz balance in real time or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit where possible. Withdrawals to a different method than the deposit source may require additional verification.

In cases where funds have been deposited in error or a chargeback is initiated through a payment provider without valid reason, 0kzz reserves the right to suspend the account and recover the disputed amount from the player's balance. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

0kzz offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses and free spins from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account following a qualifying deposit or action as specified in the promotion details. Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your account balance.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage over human players.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinating bets in live casino games.
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct any transaction that is linked to criminal activity. 0kzz cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not payable and will be voided.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, have previously been self-excluded from 0kzz, or are acting as a proxy for a third party.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

0kzz may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct provisions, age eligibility requirements, or the single-account rule.
• 0kzz has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• The player requests closure of their own account, including through the self-exclusion process available on the platform.
